The Jazz Ramblers are a group of experienced and talented professional musicians who play happy music at all types of event.
They play wherever and whenever you need live music, either static or `strolling', loud or quiet, as required. The bands previous appearances have been at venues include Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre, the International Convention Centre, the Metropole Hotel, Merry Hill and Kingfisher Shopping centres and many others around the country.
They have played for promotions at Rackhams, Marks & Spencers, British Gas, the Ford Motor Company and Cadbury's.
They have also played at events as diverse as barbecues, garden parties, weddings, dinner dances, trade exhibitions, birthday and anniversary celebrations and festivals (including the Birmingham Jazz Festival).
The Jazz band play music that is light and popular, for either dancing or happy listening.
The Jazz Ramblers repertoire covers jazz standards made famous by Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Bix Beiderbecke etc, plus tunes made popular by Kenny Ball, Acker Bilk, Chris Barber and others.
